Money first, so today I want to introduce something that will help all of our businesses; supply chain  management.
This is an approach that develops links between the various actors within a given supply chain ( all activities involved in sourcing and procurement and all logistics management activities).
Through regular meetings and sharing of information between the 'actors' in a supply chain, there is improved commodity security.
This means that customers get the goods they want, in the right quantity, at the right time, in the right place and for the right cost. Now this is very important for you to stay business. Customers require immediate satisfaction and will get what they want from whomever can deliver. None of them has the patience to wait for your goods to arrive.
I won't be saying much here about SCM because it's all technical. But I want y'all to be people that deliver. So I will do throw a light to the topic in my next post and let us find out more on our own.
